Cross-Platform VOIP Phone System

The purpose of this project was to set up a voice over IP phone system that enables the business to take incoming calls and make outgoing calls. This application enables others to see who is online at the same time, as well as any active calls. Admin can "listen in" on the calls of other users. Custom virtual call center. Handles call routing, conference calling, peer to peer calling and internal call history. Desktop app built with Electron and Typescript, real-time websocket connection built with Phoenix in an elixir app. Developed and maintained on Windows, Mac and Linux.
